I design and produce the finest quality vintage and custom waterslide decals for guitar restorers and builders. I can also produce decals for old radios, radio dials, tractors, telephones... etc.

My decals are:

• Printed to order onto the highest quality, fresh waterslide paper which is thin enough to obtain a completely edgeless finish.
• Compatible with all lacquers, including nitrocellulose. They to not crinkle and do not go milky.
• Printed using completely opaque and truly metallic inks, so they can be used on any colour headstock.
• Available in many colours - black, white, metallic gold, metallic silver, metallic blue, metallic pink, magenta, red, yellow, orange, green, blue, and light blue.
• Designed and produced by me in my studio in the UK.

I post all decals within three working days of cleared payment and proof acceptance using either First Class (UK) or Royal Mail AirMail (Rest of the World). They are securely packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

I have been building guitars for 10 years and I always am looking for a decent headstock decal. I intsalled my dec art decal in seconds, easiliy and without all the hassles (like tearing and slippage). 24 hours later, I began to paint as I always do. Light coats, then another drying period. A quick rough up and a final gloss and I was ready to go under the lighted scope for rigorous inspection. What I saw was a custom shop job. I saw ZERO trace of the backing paper, I mean NONE. The decal didnt get milky and Quite frankly I was impressed with myself. In all my years I have never worked with a better product. I am noy sure the big companies can make a headstock look beter than mine. Long story short, you wont find better quality or selection.
